At the Dad 2.0 Summit a couple of weeks ago, one of the nice little gifts (a.k.a. “swag”) that I left with was this awesome silicone cereal bowl from the good people at the National Milk Mustache Campaign. When I got home I gave it to my boys, and they loved it. So much so, that they fought over who got to use it.
I sent them a message on Twitter to thank them for the excellent bowl:

To my shock, they got in touch and said they may have a solution.
Well, long story short, we got a package in the mail this week, with this note:
Dear Chris,We’re sorry to hear about your kids and their battle over the spilt milk bowl at breakfast! To alleviate the fighting, we’re sending you another bowl.
now your breakfast can be back to its peaceful and harmonious self. 🙂 We hope you enjoy happy mornings with the kids and we look forward to connecting with you again soon!

Inside was a second bowl (as well as another nifty spoon-that-is-also-a-straw, some nifty milk mustaches, and even some coupons to save on all the milk we buy.
This was such a nice gesture from them, I really just want to say thanks for going the extra mile for me and my boys!
Currently, the Milk Mustache campaign is teaming up with Fuel Up to Play 60 to create what they call the Breakfast Blitz program, in part to make $250,000 in grants to schools across the country to help give kids greater access to a healthy breakfast.
